What we collect

• Email address: collected when you create an account.
• Authentication tokens: generated when you sign in and stored in your browser. Tokens expire after 90 days.
• Vehicle and property listing data: extracted from listing pages on AutoTrader (UK), CarGurus (US, CA, and UK), PistonHeads (UK), Rightmove (UK), Zillow (US/CA), Realtor.com (US), and Realtor.ca (CA) that you choose to evaluate using the extension. This includes details such as make, model, year, price, mileage, and options visible on the page (or for property: address, price, tenure, and description). We never send your personal information to the AI.
• Saved evaluations: if you choose to save an AI-generated evaluation to your account, the listing data and assessment text are stored in our database.
• Evaluation history: each evaluation you run is logged with the listing type, credit cost, and timestamp. This is used for billing accuracy and abuse detection.
• Marketing consent: recorded at account creation if you opt in to product updates and news.

How we use it

• Listing data you submit (price, mileage, specs, etc.) is sent to the AI for evaluation. Your personal information is never shared with Claude. We do not control how Anthropic handles data it receives; please review Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
• Saved assessments are stored in our database and associated with your account so you can review them later.
• Your email address is used solely for account identification.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with any third party except Anthropic as described above.
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Data retention

• Authentication tokens expire after 90 days and are invalidated when you sign out.
• Saved assessments are kept until you delete them from your account.
• Account data (email and password hash) is kept until you request account deletion.

Your rights

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the following rights under UK GDPR and GDPR:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Erasure: request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
• Portability: request your data in a portable format.
• Objection: object to processing of your data.
